Day 3 :: Healthy Restart after a setback the night before...

Well this morning I am starting off with a bowl of cheerios and a protein shake post-workout... I worked hard this morning during the workout but not because I screwed up last night (i did though)...
We had taco bell last night, bad move... Well it may be yummy its not good for my body... I couldn't resist though but that was yesterday today is today.
