Today started out rather blegh, woke up earlier than I wanted to (0530ish) and laid there for an hour until daughter woke up... Was gonna get up and exercise but wanted to let wifey sleep. When she left for work though I did my exercises w00T.
After my workout I had two eggs and a protein shake... Not sure if the stuff I am using is the greatest for shakes but it is all I got (It's Body Fortress you can get it at walmart for about 20 bucks...)
So far though the day as started decent
