Day 3 :: Healthy Restart after a setback the night before...

Well this morning I am starting off with a bowl of cheerios and a protein shake post-workout... I worked hard this morning during the workout but not because I screwed up last night (i did though)...
We had taco bell last night, bad move... Well it may be yummy its not good for my body... I couldn't resist though but that was yesterday today is today.

Day 2 'Of Mice and Men'

Today started out rather blegh, woke up earlier than I wanted to (0530ish) and laid there for an hour until daughter woke up... Was gonna get up and exercise but wanted to let wifey sleep. When she left for work though I did my exercises w00T.
After my workout I had two eggs and a protein shake... Not sure if the stuff I am using is the greatest for shakes but it is all I got (It's Body Fortress you can get it at walmart for about 20 bucks...)
So far though the day as started decent

Day 1

I am starting Day One's eating off to a good start I hope. Today for breakfast I am having a bowl of cheerios with lactose free milk ( I think they called it fat free/skim on the label on top of being lactose free), three strawberries sliced, and half a banana sliced... I will be eat the other half after I am done with my cereal and when I consume my coffee, which will have a little creamer added to it. Within the next few days I will try to locate a few of those little gifs one sees on boards to denote post levels or admins and the likes... I have a few I want to implement on this blog, one is a candybar the other is either going to be a water droplet or H2O... More on those later though when I implement those! So far though Day One is going well. UPDATE @1223 MY TIME Prepped a spinach and strawberry salad for work tonight, it has almonds, shredded cheese, croutons, and balsamic vinaigrette. Dinner i prepped meatballs and when i get home i gotta prep garlic butter for bread and we are having spaghetti and meatballs Right now i am having a Greek yogurt with granola Note to self: Yopa Greek Yogurt sucks... Find a better choice next time around

Commencing Operation Eat Good!

Hii folks! it is Day ONE of Operation Eat Good. This is my attempt to show what I eat on a daily basis, WITHOUT worrying about calories and the such... I really need support for this, and any I can get would be awesome, I tend to stop posting on these sorta things (blogs) so keep on me. This is my first REAL attempt at a food diary thinger. I want full transparency and good feedback, it may not end up being a daily post but hopefully it will be more than once a month... I want to show myself I can eat healthy and still be satisfied.
