Day 1

I am starting Day One's eating off to a good start I hope. Today for breakfast I am having a bowl of cheerios with lactose free milk ( I think they called it fat free/skim on the label on top of being lactose free), three strawberries sliced, and half a banana sliced... I will be eat the other half after I am done with my cereal and when I consume my coffee, which will have a little creamer added to it. Within the next few days I will try to locate a few of those little gifs one sees on boards to denote post levels or admins and the likes... I have a few I want to implement on this blog, one is a candybar the other is either going to be a water droplet or H2O... More on those later though when I implement those! So far though Day One is going well. UPDATE @1223 MY TIME Prepped a spinach and strawberry salad for work tonight, it has almonds, shredded cheese, croutons, and balsamic vinaigrette. Dinner i prepped meatballs and when i get home i gotta prep garlic butter for bread and we are having spaghetti and meatballs Right now i am having a Greek yogurt with granola Note to self: Yopa Greek Yogurt sucks... Find a better choice next time around
